Color and jelly

Exploration around jelly and color with food stylist/baker (and friend) Florencia Romagnoli. It was so much fun to test different colors and transparencies with this medium that’s usually seen in vivid red or green. Blur it with milk and try more refined hues and it completely changes your perspective on jelly!
