I participated in Elle Luna's #100dayproject and created #100daysOfDelectableColors (well, technically 72). I explored color combinations and applied them to minimal vectorial illustrations. See all images on my Instagram account.
Thesis developed within EINA's master in typography. The project, which was initiated in august 2011 and completed in December 2011, consists in an analysis of the independent digital type foundry industry in Europe, Americas, Australia and New Zealand, from both global perspective and through a comprehensive examination of various aspects of the field. My interest was in creating a low contrast, more legible face, while trying not to deviate too much from the original structure of the Blackletter. Now, as the regular version is slowly taking form, I am also thinking about an accompanying italic and a display, condensed version

The Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, founded in 1878, has been redesigned by the Sergio Juan Design Office. I have been closely involved in this project and it has been an intense and rewarding experience. The redesigned version is available since November 9th 2012.
Il Messaggero has won an Award of Excellence in the 34th Edition Best of News Design™ Competition in the category, Redesigns, Overall newspaper.

Layout design for Urban magazine's print and Ipad versions from December 2012 to November 2013 under Sergio Juan Design Office's art direction. Urban is an Italian monthly publication focused on trends and its main characteristic is the use of textures and handwritten texts. Other occasional tasks included handwritten texts, photography and illustration (Asian Street Food article).
Typeface developed within EINA's master in typography (2011). It was conceived to be used in very small sizes, the point of departure being a botany encyclopedia.
